DO CASHBACK PROGRAM

1. What is the Cashback program?

 1.1. Cashback is a promotional benefit that grants the customer the right to receive back a percentage of the amount paid for the reservation made, made available in the form of credit for use in future stays, exclusively and solely available on the sales portal (website) intercityhoteis.com.br and for hotels managed by ICH, participating in the Orange Club program.


 2. Who can participate?

 2.1. This promotion is valid exclusively for individuals over 18 (eighteen) years of age who make their reservations through Intercity's official digital channels (website or Orange app), and is applicable only to the Orange Club rate*. *The Orange Club is ICH's benefits program, offering exclusive advantages for reservations made directly on the website (intercityhoteis.com.br) or the network's app (Orange). To enjoy the Orange Club, simply register on the Orange website or app and take advantage of all the benefits offered. The "Orange Club rate" is the preferred rate for Orange Club members, offered through the Orange app. By choosing this rate during a reservation on the website or app, the user becomes a club member and has access to exclusive benefits, such as the lowest price, digital check-in and check-out advantages, online payments, and saved data for future reservations.


 2.2. Registration with Clube Orange is mandatory for accumulating and using Cashback points.


 2.3. The Cashback amount will be calculated based on the total net value of the reservation, excluding taxes, fees, and additional services. In other words, the value of taxes, fees, additional services, and other items are not included in the Cashback calculation.


3. How do I accumulate cashback?

 3.1. The cashback percentage may vary depending on promotional campaigns and fare categories. Therefore, the cashback percentage will always be displayed at the time of booking.


 3.2. ICH reserves the right to change the Cashback percentages without prior notice, by updating them on its official channels (intercityhoteis.com.br website or Orange app).


4. How is the credit released?

 4.1. The Cashback credit will be released within 15 (fifteen) business days after the checkout date, proportional to the net value of daily rates only, excluding fees and taxes. The credit will be linked to the reservation holder and their respective registration in the Orange Club. If the guest is a different person from the reservation holder, the Cashback amount will be credited exclusively to the person responsible for the reservation, i.e., the holder of the Orange Club registration. Credits will be available in the client's Orange Club account and can be viewed through the official website www.intercityhoteis.com.br – by accessing the registration.


 4.2. Cancelled reservations do not generate Cashback.


 4.3. In the event of a no-show charge, the corresponding Cashback amount will be credited to the person who made the reservation.


 5. How do I use the credit?

 5.1. Cashback credits may only be used as a partial discount on new bookings made through the official website www.intercityhoteis.com.br or the Orange app. The percentage of use may vary depending on the period and will be informed at the time of booking completion. Cashback credits are not valid and cannot be used for any purpose other than discounts on room rates (accommodations). They are not valid for extra expenses during the stay, such as meals, laundry, parking, minibar, or other extra expenses.


 6. What is the validity period of the credit?

 6.1. Cashback credits will be valid for 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of their release. After this period, the amounts will automatically expire and cannot be reactivated. ICH reserves the right to change the validity period of the Cashback at any time, regardless of prior notice, by updating it on its official channels (intercityhoteis.com.br website or Orange app).


 6.2. The use of credits is subject to the availability of rates and participating hotels.


 7. What are the usage restrictions?

 7.1. The Cashback benefit is personal and non-transferable, being exclusive to the CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) registered with Clube Orange, although the registered user may, if desired, make a reservation on behalf of third parties.


 7.2. Credits cannot be converted into cash, transferred to third parties, or used for purchases outside of official ICH channels (Orange website or app).


 7.3. The Cashback benefit may, at ICH's sole discretion, be cumulative or not with other promotions, campaigns, or rates that already grant higher discounts or exclusive benefits. ICH reserves the right to define, for each promotional campaign, the possibility of concurrent use of Cashback.


 8. What happens in cases of cancellations and refunds?

 8.1. In the event of cancellation of a refundable reservation for which Cashback has been used, the proportional value of the Cashback will be refunded in accordance with the current cancellation policy. For non-refundable reservations, the Cashback used will not be refunded, nor will the monetary value paid for the reservation.


 9. General Provisions

 9.1. ICH Intercity Hotels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Cashback program at any time, upon prior notice through its official channels.


 9.2. Any omissions or doubts will be analyzed and resolved by the ICH team, based on current legislation and these regulations.
