In line with global trends in practices that respect animal welfare, ICH is committed to increasingly moving towards the necessary adjustments and, in the near future, discontinuing the use of eggs from caged hens (processed and raw), from its own brands or third parties, publicly reporting its progress each year.

PLASTIC FREEReplacing plastic bottles in hotel minibars with more sustainable alternatives represents a significant step forward in reducing the environmental impact of hotel operations. Throughout 2025, more than 223,000 plastic bottles will have been prevented from ending up in the environment, a result of cumulative reductions across the hotel chain and reinforcing its ongoing commitment to sustainability and the consistency of its implemented actions. By eliminating more than 4.4 tons of plastic and reducing CO₂ emissions by more than 11 tons, the project generates direct impacts on reducing emissions and stimulating a circular economy. This is a relevant practice within the ESG guidelines applied to the hotel industry, aligned with a more conscious business model and connected to current environmental challenges.
