Fortaleza is big. The size of the city and its demographic density match its age and history. Spread across a gigantic area of 313,800 km2, 2.5 million people inhabit the capital of the state of Ceará. It is Brazil's fifth most populated city and one of the most remembered by tourists from around the world who decide to visit our country. Why would that be? It began to be colonized early in the first century of Brazil's discovery, around 1590. After many conflicts, in 1799, already under the domain of Portugal, Fortaleza was chosen as the state capital.
Certainly what calls the most attention in this gigantic metropolis are its blue skies and heat in the midst of exotic beaches and crystal-clear water. As if that were not enough, in Fortaleza there is Morro Beach with its colorful sand; Futuro Beach, which besides its spectacular nature has enormous kiosks with bars and swimming pools. O hotel é quase hotel de luxo. A piscina é um pouco pequena e acho que a sauna necessita de reparos. Mas mesmo assim é muito bom porque está bem na beira-mar, perto das praias Iracema e do Futuro.
