One of InterCity’s priorities is to create partnerships with corporate clients. The InterCity Smart Web Portal was created to strengthen these ties as a place where travel agencies and companies can register, consult the many convenient features available to InterCity clients, in addition to checking on the lowest daily rates. Our corporate clients will have access to: the BAR Manual and the Making Reservations Manual, thus doing away with the need to reconfirm with our reservation centers or hotels; commission agreements of up to 10% (except NET agreements); online access to the true availability of InterCity Network hotels; receipt of an online reservation number; views of corporate rates; in addition to our reservation policy; access to the daily best available rates (BAR) and other special rates. They can always be viewed simultaneously – seeing your corporate rate or your client’s rate. In other words, many different convenient features are at your disposition as a partner of InterCity’s smart hotel network.
